Community Benefits Survey

A Community Benefit Agreement Committee has been formed to help guide development of an agreement that reflects community priorities. Before the agreement is drafted, RUM Group, Inc. invites residents to share which investments matter most to them and what expectations they have for the facility once it is running. The survey takes about three minutes.

Before you begin: how your answers will be used

This survey is conducted by RUM Group, Inc. Your responses will be shared with the Community Benefit Agreement Committee and with the City of Maysville to help shape the agreement. Summaries of the results, and possibly individual written comments, may be discussed at public meetings or included in public documents.

Completing this survey does not create any funding obligation or commitment by RUM Group, Inc. or the City of Maysville to any particular investment, proposal, or outcome.

The survey is anonymous: the questions do not ask for your name, and the optional Stay Informed section at the end is up to you. If you fill it in, we keep those contact details with your response, and they are not included in what goes to the City. Even so, in a small community, the details you write in your own words, or the combination of your answers, could allow someone to recognize you. Please do not include anything you would not want shared.
