The Community Benefits Agreement
What it is
A Community Benefits Agreement is a legally binding commitment, separate from, and in addition to, the property taxes we will pay on the facility, and we are not taking any tax abatement.
We have committed $15 million to it.
The City of Maysville has established a Community Benefits Agreement Committee to shape the agreement on the community's behalf and to enable you to shape the decision on how that money will be used.
Tell us what matters to you
The committee is doing its work on behalf of everyone in the Maysville community, and the more it knows about what residents actually want, the more meaningful the agreement will be.
